What age can my child start swimming lessons?

Children can start as early as 6 months in our Baby Octopus classes, which focus on bonding and water introduction.

Do I need to be in the water with my child?

For our Baby Octopus (6 months – 3 years) classes, a parent or guardian is required to be in the water with the child.

What should my child bring to swim class?

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles (optional but recommended), and a swim cap for long hair. Don’t forget a change of clothes!

How do you ensure water safety during lessons?

Safety is our top priority. All classes are taught by certified instructors, and we maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio.

How do I track my child's progress?

We provide personalized Progress Reports that track your child’s growth in confidence, water skills, and swimming techniques after every session.

What if my child is afraid of the water?

Our instructors are experienced in helping children overcome water anxiety with patience, encouragement, and fun activities to build confidence.

Do you offer competitive swimming training?

Yes! Our Competitive Swim Squad is designed for swimmers ready to advance into competitive swimming, focusing on speed, technique, and endurance.

Can I watch my child’s lessons?

Absolutely! We have a comfortable viewing lounge where parents can watch their child’s progress during the lessons.

How do I register for a class?

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask that you inform us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a class.
